I am a Leadership & Executive Coach. After 20 years of corporate experience in people development, leadership coaching, operations training and marketing communications, I decided to take the plunge and strike out on my own. Well, that and the fact that I was down-sized! This was my turning-point, my Solstice.
I attribute my success in coaching to my passion for seeing people succeed and create the life they want to live. In my private coaching practice – Solstice Group, I have found the ability to reach people through coaching, providing a unique service that can compliment and be customized to suit the needs of all types of clients.
I work with entrepreneurs and executives to help them create their vision of success and to set their own goals, moving them and their organization forward. Leadership is the key to success. My experience with operations, products & services and people practices gives me a broad perspective on the challenges that today's leaders face in the economic environment that exists today. No matter what, people make the difference to our businesses, our clients, our communities and our lives. It is with leadership, influence and communication that you can set your organization apart. As a coach, my foremost priority is to guide you on your path to building a great business by leveraging your strengths and developing your skilss through coaching.
I am also the co-owner of Solution Linx On-Line Coaching (focusing on Personal Growth, Professional Success and Health & Wellness Coaching).
In all of this, I am the mom of two fantastic teenage sons. I have survived a divorce and am enjoying a loving and supportive marriage to a wonderful man! I am the middle child of three (which says a lot about my personality!), an avid golfer (read: golf poorly, but still has fun!) I love read, spa and hang out with my kids – when they let me.
I truly believe that life is a journey and you will head down paths you never expected would come your way. I have discovered my inner-geek and am now a self-professed blogging queen! I live my life authentically and with personal leadership in mind always.
I provide my clients honest and objective coaching and action planning. I am available to my clients throughout our coaching relationship and beyond. I believe in having a clear focus on each unique client and providing them value in my services (you will often find reading material, videos, blogposts and more that will help you as resources) and I always work with clients where the energy transfer and learning is mutual.
