You can connect and develop relationships with like-minded business owners who will create a personal board of directors (and you will be on their boards) where you can get honest feedback on ideas, new perspectives to overcome obstacles and learn new ways to develop your business.

More than one mind focused on an issue creates new & innovative solutions that would not have been discovered alone.

How Mastermind Works:

Solstice Group hosts Mastermind Teams in two types of teams because the needs of each are different:
Starting Point Group - for businesses less than 3 years old
Turning Point Group - for businesses greater than 3 years old

While most groups are made up of unique business categories, Solstice Group would be happpy to develop Mastermind Teams for single business categories such as Financial Advisors, Realtors, Lawyers etc. Send a note here if you would like to discuss this option. Click Here.

Meeting Process -

Meetings are held once per month over a 12 month period
Sessions begin with a recap of previous goals set along with a progress review of any outstanding goals (15-20 minutes)
One member will be selected in advance to share a challenge and the group will brainstorm resolutions, ideas or even share similar experiences to help the member overcome the challenge (30-40 minutes).
At the end of the session, a recap of goals set will be discussed along with any other important business issues that may need immediate discussion or advice.
